I'm pretty chill. The basic rule is ask about serious shit. Other stuff is probably fine.

Your characters can touch him, punch him, kiss him or braid daisy chains into his hair. He might punch or kiss back, but he'll probably tolerate the daisies.

As for how dangerous he is to your characters? Not very. He's a skinny teenager, a stool pigeon, and usually kind of stoned. Unless you're a slice of pizza you should be safe around him.
